Free Standard shipping on orders over $60 will be shipped USPS First Class. This does not include expedited shipping methods or non-US shipping destinations, only orders shipping within the United States.

Domestic (within the United States)
Orders within the United States ship United States Postal Service (USPS)
• USPS First Class
• Priority Flat Rate Mail,
• Priority Mail Express, and
• UPS at an additional charge.

Please note: USPS Priority Mail usually takes 1-3 business days, however it is not guaranteed.

International Shipping & Handling Charges
International orders ship USPS International First Class Mail and UPS Worldwide Expedited. The buyer is subject to tax and duties upon import. It is the recipient’s responsibility to pay the fees, which may vary by country.

Delivery times may differ from country to country. Delivery methods and shipping rates to your address will be provided during checkout.

RETURN POLICY

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days from time of receipt to return unworn lingerie. All returns/exchanges are subject to quality approval. We reserve the right to refuse the return/exchange of any merchandise that does not meet our requirements. To qualify, items must be received in perfect condition with tags still attached.

We will process your return/exchange as soon as merchandise is received.
Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. Original shipping charges will not be refunded. We strongly recommend adding delivery confirmation and/or signature confirmation to your return packages, as we cannot be responsible for any packages lost in transit.

NOTE: We will pay shipping on all exchange orders. However, the customer is required to pay shipping on return orders.
